Out-of-Pocket Payment Required: You are entirely responsible for the payment of all medical services at the time they are rendered.
Payment Processing: All fees must be paid securely using a credit card, debit card, or HSA/FSA card via our electronic health record platform (OptiMantra) prior to the start of your virtual consultation.
7. Medicare Disclaimer & Absolute Exclusion
Medicare Disclaimer: Because we are a cash-pay service and do not bill the federal government, federal laws prohibit this practice from treating anyone enrolled in or eligible for federal healthcare programs. Unfortunately, we cannot and do not serve patients who are Medicare beneficiaries, individuals currently eligible for Medicare (including those aged 65 and older or those with qualifying disabilities), or individuals currently receiving Social Security benefits.
